My kids love the bow (10, 13)... Shoots well.. For a novice like us these things are not toys. The service was 5* . I had many questions before buying, all answered without any undertone of superioty or like I am an idiot or time waster. We purchased bow worked a treat the not sure what transpired but string got loose. I made the problem worse. Guy's at shop really helped and really courteous. I'd recommend this place as a great option (especially if you are a non shooter buying a present)..
